There are several ways to download item files through 2BA:

Through a selection profile

A selection profile retrieves item data from your suppliers. Your ERP system (for example, Syntess) processes this data so that the prices in your item records remain up to date. In the Selection Profile, you specify which suppliers to retrieve data from, which exchange format to use and how often the profile should run.

Through a direct download

You have the option of searching for the desired suppliers through the participant list ,click My Omgeving and then click Download dataset.

Through the Unifeed search engine (with Web Services)

You have the option of searching for desired items and retrieving them through Web services to your (ERP) software.
