Common vision
2BA is keen to continue to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of its data customers as best it can. So also yours as a wholesaler and those of your customers. This is only possible when producers and wholesalers submit their data to 2BA according to a common vision. With this roadmap to guide the delivery of your product-related trade data, 2BA meets this need for you.
Steps to follow
2BA will guide you in taking the steps below for submitting your product and trade information to the 2BA Data Pool. We will take you through the following step:
To publish your trade data, several delivery routes are possible. In short, the delivery process is as follows:
- Provision of product-related trade data
- Verification of data through processing reports
- Release/reject processing for online publication
Data Label
The Data Label is a useful tool for measuring and optimizing your product and trade item information within the 2BA data pool. This allows customers to efficiently find this information and process it in their processes. In order to arrive at a reliable basis, requirements must first be drawn up. It can then be assessed whether data is 100% completely reliable and therefore usable. Only when you are 100% sure what product number 212345 stands for, can all processes be completed without loss of time and risk. For this reason, 2BA has developed the Data Label in collaboration with wholesalers and end users. The Data Label is intended to give you, as a data supplier, insight into the completeness of your data. A tool to tailor your data efforts to the needs of your customers. After all, your data is the basis for the (key) business processes within the entire industry.

Data Responsibility
Digital product and price information occupies an increasingly important place in your customers’ business processes and therefore requires the necessary attention. As a data provider, you are the source of your own data as distributed through the 2BA Data Pool.
